法，以解決個別法律實務面臨匯流、跨業障礙之迫切問題為目標，例如
有線廣播電視法及衛星廣播電視法修正草案已送立法院審議中。本次電
信法修法之定位為第一階段修法，最主要目標讓電信事業可以推動新服
務。涉及朝向層級化規管之整體架構調整部分，將於第二階段修法時檢
討。
本次電信法修正草案主要修正重點分述如下：
